Terms and Conditions

Bookings require a non refundable deposit of 25% and will not be considered agreed until the funds are cleared.

Any balance due must be paid , in full, at least five working days prior to the event.

Every effort is made to keep our environment safe, clean and in accordance with health and safety requirements. Anyone entering Bee’s Knees Play buses do so entirely at their own risk.

All vehicles are strictly no smoking vehicles.  No food and drink to be brought on the bus without prior consent.  Strictly no alcohol allowed. In the event of damage to our equipment or vehicle by excessively harsh treatment or vandalism that is deemed purposeful, we reserve the right to charge the contracted person the full amount to repair or replace the equipment.

Under no circumstance can we be held responsible for any damage to driveway or grounds, that is considered to be caused by our vehicle, crew or partygoers.  It is the party planner’s responsibility to seek advice from a qualified person as to whether the grounds are suitable to support our vehicle (up to 12 tonnes) and to be aware that there could be oil deposits left due to the age of the vehicles.

We will endeavour to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the agreed time.  We cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control such as traffic hold ups, adverse weather conditions etc.  We will, in the event of late arrival, do our utmost to continue the session until the correct amount of time has lapsed.  

In the unlikely event of a major technical failure a refund will be offered or an alternative date will be arranged. 

We will not tolerate, bad language, aggressive or threatening behaviour, either to our crew or other partygoers.  In the event of such acts we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately and any money paid will be forfeited.

If on arrival we find the venue unsuitable, we reserve the right to abort the session without compensation.  We suggest that the party planner may wish for our principal to visit the site, prior to the event, to confirm suitability which will incur a small fee. As a guide  the buses require 5 car lengths in which to park .
